PT Prasetya Putramas Mandiri ( PPM) was established in 11 July 1999 by qualified and experienced engineers, committed in providing quality general contractor services.
PPM offers an integrated service in three broad areas. The first area is in building & general civil construction, starting from site survey, engineering concept to construction of industrial building, offices, and houses. The second area is in mechanical & electrical, such as plumbing, piping, equipment erection & installation, fire protection system, power generator installation, electrical panel, tank fabrication and integrated Building Automation System. The third area is in interior & furniture, such as office and home furnishing, interior renovation, partition and workstation.
In addition to our general contracting work, we also offer turn key project, commonly known as EPC, Engineering, Procurement and Construction. Through EPC, PPM undertakes designing, planning and procurement of machines & equipment, construction, machine erection, mechanical & electrical installation, testing & commissioning and project operation hand-over. Currently we have completed various EPC projects such as power generation plant, agricultural processing factory and palm oil processing factory.
Over the decade, PPM has established and maintained loyal customer base from corporate to individual clienté le. PPM has several completed and on going projects with PT. Indosat Tbk, Lippo Karawaci Tbk, Bank Mandiri, Departemen Energi and Sumber Daya Mineral ( DESDM) , Comexindo International to name a few.
